Security Deposit

Refundable security deposit of 200 GBP required at time of booking. Payment in full is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Pool Heating Charge

Pool heating is additional at 120 GBP per week.

Cleaning Charge

Cleaning for stays less than 7 days is charged at 70 GBP.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you cancel your confirmed booking, the following charges will apply:

Cancellation more than two months before your departure = 200 GBP deposit.

Between one and two months before your departure = 50% of the rental cost.

Less than one month before the departure = 100% of the rental cost.

Owner reserves the right to provide discounts. Call or e-mail us for specials and discount pricing. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments

Payment is accepted in US Dollars, British Pounds and Euros unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. 13% local tax is included.

We also accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
